Famecast Media acquires Blogger Influencer Marketing Platform Cooperatize

Cooperatize and it’s 20,000+ blogger influencers will be integrated into Famecast to create global universal influencer platform and network 

February 9, 2021 – New York – Famecast Media Inc. announces the acquisition of Cooperatize, Inc. Cooperatize is a blogger influencer marketing platform and marketplace that connects brands to blogger influencers. The Cooperatize network has over 20,000 lifestyle and travel bloggers.

“As we welcome Cooperatize, Inc. into the Famecast Media group of companies, we believe that their expertise in influencer relations and sponsored content will greatly contribute toward our goal of a global universal influencer platform and network,” explains Famecast Media CEO, Rex Wong.

Cooperatize, co-founder and CEO Roger Wu, will join the Famecast Media team as Chief Influencer Officer and continue to run and expand Cooperatize’s consumer offerings. “Cooperatize’s influencers and brands mesh well with the new products that Famecast Media is rolling out. Influencers will have more ways to monetize their audiences while brands will have even more ways to touch their customers,” asserts Wu. “The influencer space has been heating up in the past few years and the pandemic has added fuel to that fire. To that end, it was wise of us to join forces with a brand and company with similar goals and vision.”

Famecast Media has closed a few high-profile deals in the sports and entertainment space and continues to excel in providing streaming services to influencers and celebrities. “Cooperatize gives us exposure to the small to medium sized influencer. The long tail of influencers has been challenging to reach and Cooperatize gives us a lead in providing our cutting edge toolset to them,” added Wong.

After the acquisition, Cooperatize will become a new wholly-owned subsidiary of Famecast as its sponsored content and influencer division.
